Beginning with a comparative evaluation of available real estate, TKB assisted the client in final lease negotiations and implementated subsequent alterations which were developed in accordance with a detailed master plan. This tight coordination allowed the company to grow seamlessly from an initial 34,000 square foot occupancy to its present 120,000 square foot size.
