135 BUILDING SITES

TKB was retained to complete a property and space analysis for all State properties within Cook County. The project involved high-level analysis of more than 135 sites where state properties were both leased and owned.

Utilizing a Strategic Planning & Analysis Tool (SPAT), the goal was to consolidate or migrate spaces where possible and realize efficiencies within existing facilities. The strategic re-alignment sought to reduce the spatial footprint of State agencies to accommodate a smaller workforce and enhance the operational value of owned and leased state properties.
