CHICAGO, IL US | 14 ACRE CAMPUS

Richard J. Daley College, part of the City Colleges of Chicago, enlisted TKB to re-imagine its current campus. The project took advantage of existing campus infrastructure and reconfigured facilities to allow for newer pedagogical approaches. Additionally, designs for new construction address the collegeís increased enrollment and deferred maintenance.

The full-scale, highly interactive programming and planning process resulted in a new vision for the entire administration, students and faculty complete with phasing strategies and budgets established.
