Current Positions:

Architect/Project Manager:

Immediate opportunity to join successful loop architectural & design firm with diversified client base. Successful applicants will have a minimum of ten (10) years project management experience with commercial, corporate and government projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Full accountability for overall planning, client satisfaction and project delivery. Overall project strategy from feasibility analysis through delivery. Includes reconciling client and firm goals, setting up a project, manage contracts, chair client meetings and preparation of construction documents. Experience coordinating MEP disciplines and proficient with AutoCAD. Candidate must demonstrate strong marketing and design talent with excellent graphic and presentation skills. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and ability to mange clients, lead design team, mentor junior staff and coordinate various disciplines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of project management experience with increasing responsibility in all phases of design and technical architecture.
• Superb visual presentation skills, including architectural sketches, hand renderings and architectural models.
• Proficient in building code analysis and the assembly of design and construction documents including specifications
• Computer skills a must with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, 3D CAD Modeling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build, lead and manage creative teams.
• Architectural license in the State of Illinois and/or NCARB
• LEED AP preferred
