Alliant Energy

Alliant Energy’s headquarters location is a consolidation of three Midwestern utilities into a 325,000 building. Tilton, Kelly + Bell was responsible for the interior architecture and design as part of a design-build team. Initial activities assessed client need, determined the proposed building size and included recommendations to enhance the building’s utilization. The design incorporates numerous energy conversion techniques.
